Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Immutable Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including ComplaintCraft.com, CeaseBot.com, InspectionDecoder.com, and PropertyAppealPro.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Description of Services
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate document templates, including complaint letters, cease and desist letters, home inspection report summaries, and property tax appeal letters. These documents are templates generated based on information you provide. They are not legal documents prepared by an attorney, and they do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Immutable Software LLC is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of our Services. The documents generated are templates intended to assist you in drafting your own correspondence. We strongly recommend that you consult with a licensed attorney or qualified professional before sending any legal correspondence or making decisions based on documents generated by our Services.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: - The accuracy and completeness of information you provide in our intake forms - Reviewing and editing generated documents before use - Determining whether a generated document is appropriate for your specific situation - Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction - Any consequences resulting from your use of documents generated by our Services You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten others, or to generate fraudulent documents.
Payment and Refund Policy
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase and charged in US dollars. All sales are final. Because our Services deliver a digital product immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents document delivery, please contact us at support@immutablesoftware.dev and we will either redeliver your document or issue a refund at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and functionality of our Services are owned by Immutable Software LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Documents generated by our Services are owned by you, the purchaser. You may use, modify, distribute, and send generated documents as you see fit. We retain no ownership interest in documents generated for you.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMMUTABLE SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: - Your use or inability to use our Services - Any documents generated by our Services - Any actions taken based on documents generated by our Services - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data - Any other matter relating to our Services OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: - Our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free - Generated documents will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation - Generated documents will achieve any particular outcome - Any defects in our Services will be corrected
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Immutable Software LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Services with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
